Join the celebration in Bordeaux on Thursday, January 27, 2022, when La Cité du Vin will host the 6th annual Gala dinner!

This significant event benefits the Foundation for the Culture and Civilizations of Wine, a private foundation whose mission is to support, promote and share the history, culture, and heritage of wine.

This year, La Cité du Vin will unveil the 2022 major temporary exhibition:

Picasso, the effervescence of shapes.

For this exhibition, the Cité du Vin honors one of the greatest artists of recent centuries. It will explore the presence of wine and popular spirits in Pablo Picasso’s multifaceted creations through a selection of works spanning his entire career and the diversity of media involved (painting, drawing, ceramics, collage).

Notable Chef Jérôme Schilling of Restaurant Lalique at Château Lafaurie-Peyraguey is donating his time and talents to create the dinner for this year’s celebration. In addition, Chef will present each guest with a signed menu. To compliment, very fine wines will be served with dinner. It is a wonderful opportunity to support the programming of Foundation Pour la Culture et Les Civilisations du Vin.
